The following donation request policy has been implemented to create consistency and fairness to organisations that ask for Superbowl UK's support. Please be aware that we receive many more requests than we can possibly fill and cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist your organisation at the present time.  

Our Donation Guidelines

  • We donate to schools, clubs and non-profit organisations that serve our community
  • We donate cash value gift cards. We cannot provide monetary support
  • We can consider only donation requests that are submitted on this form. We cannot handle requests over the counter or by phone.
  • We can only consider donation requests for events or organisations that are local to our locations
  • We ask that you submit this form at least 1 month prior to your event
  • We will contact you via email if we can help!
